Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Dearly Space account from Account settings. Sign in with the same account you use in the app.

This removes your personal account details and revokes sign-ins. We stop subscription renewal and erase cloud backups. If a provider or cloud service is unavailable, cleanup remains pending and retries automatically. A payment still being confirmed must be resolved first.

Minimal payment and subscription references may remain for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Payment providers keep their own records under their policies.

Export any memories you want to keep before proceeding. Cloud copies cannot be restored after erasure. Deleting your website account does not remotely erase a phone, external exports or shared files. App logout clears that phone’s local library after confirmation; uninstalling with app data removal is another option.
